Summary:
Summit Ridge Energy (“SRE”) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. The Accounts Payable Specialist will review and approve company invoices and prepare accounts payable reports as required. We are seeking someone detail-oriented, well-organized, interested in creating and owning processes, and providing best-in-class service to a growing organization.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing.
- Maintain accounts payable files and records.
- Approve company invoices.
- Perform data entry and spreadsheet management.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices and payment details.
- Self-motivated and with strength in time management and task completion.
Required Skills/Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred or applicable work experience
- 1-3 years in accounts payable or an accounting position.
- Experience working with cloud-based accounting systems is preferred.
- Excellent skills in MS Office.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and recording skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
