Summit Ridge Energy, LLC has a full-time opening for an Assistant Project Manager, Performance Engineering in Arlington, VA.
The duties for the position are as follows:
Works with IE consultants and EPC contractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely project closing and maximized asset performance. Interface and collaborate with Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, and others to help identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to issues to improve performance and asset value. Proactively participates in cross-functional teams to help resolve issues affecting operational projects. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and respond promptly to all requests; find and implement a solution quickly and effectively. Contribute as a team member in the execution of assignments (report writing, data analysis, modeling, etc.) Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required. Manage SRE Data Acquisition System (DAS) platform and databases utilized by SRE. Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field plus 1 year experience as Assistant Project Manager, Performance Engineer, Solar Engineer, Project Engineer, or in a related position.
Experience must include 1 year in all of the following:
- Using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Using various databases, CRM and/or ERP platforms for documents control.
- Understanding of project contracts including EPC, PPA, interconnection agreements, supply contracts.
- Knowledge of due diligence and risk assessment processes.
- Reviewing and analyzing technical data to understand their potential impacts on the projects and operations.
- Management skills coupled with organizational skills.
- Project Management, Operations, Asset Management on Solar and Energy Storage Projects.
