Membership in BlackOak Collective is designed for Black students, professionals, and advocates looking to connect with like-minded individuals and grow their careers in environmental sectors.

We host a continuously updated database of environmental jobs across industries and experience levels.

We partner with employers to share job opportunities, highlight career paths, and support recruitment. We also partner with colleges and universities to bring green career opportunities to Black students.
